Pre Sales Support

Providing our partners with presales support is one of the key services that our partners utilise. Our dedicated presales team works closely with partner sales team to respond to qualified opportunities on behalf of our partners. All of our presales consultants have the skills and experience to implement the solutions they are recommending putting them in the very best position to advise the end client. How we engage in the presales space is not any different to any other areas of Project Network, we can work seamlessly with in house presales teams or independently supporting the sales team. Delivering a range of support from simple small scale projects through to large tender responses.

How does this work?

  • Opportunities must be well qualified - spending presales time working on suspect opportunities rather than real prospect will not benefit us or the partner.
  • If we deliver the presales and develop the opportunity through to close we deliver the work - we can't do presales for free, we are happy to take the risk of sales cost but must have the assurance of delivery.
  • Sales teams must be committed to close deals - It can be extremely frustrating for us to put the effort in to put together a comprehensive response, however as we do not own the client relationship we must depend on our partner sales team to close any deal.
